To begin, we will need to see you for an initial in-office consultation.
The cost includes a four-week supply of medication. We will collect payment during that visit. The compounding pharmacy will then be called to place an order for the medication, which will subsequently be shipped to our office. The typical turnaround time is one week. You will be contacted when the medication arrives, and we will dispense the first four weeks of medication to you.
After the initial visit, we will require follow-up visits one month apart. We will collect payment at each visit and dispense four more weeks of medication each time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund once payment is made and medication is ordered. It is non-refundable and non-returnable.
